Inner work may address the following kinds of aspirations and issues:
· Coaching support for initiatives in personal, work, community, or spiritual life. Weight gain or loss? Religious confusion? Need to contribute more fully to others?
· Self-esteem & empowerment
· Discovery & development of gifts, potentials
· Relationship dynamics
· Inner guidance
· Loss & bereavement
· Recovery of meaning or purpose in living
· Religious confusion or wounding
· Disconnection from self, nature, source
· Uncertainty or despair for the future and the planet
Ongoing Work allows for a depth of process to unfold that ordinary living does not allow. The soul is responsive to safety and slower rhythms of attunement and discernment. Ongoing work three to four times a-month allows the deeper issues that structure personality to gradually move foreground for healing and re-integration into a fuller sense of identity.
Multi-Modal Ways of Engaging. The work draws on different levels and modes of awareness. It may include some of the following: life style assessments, bodily centering and grounding, inner dialogue with parts or issues, trance work, guided imaging and dreamwork, art-making and mandalas; thought field therapy, energy medicine; life stories, healing through light, sound, movement, or touch. Frameworks that hold the work are: Psychosynthesis, Gestalt, and Archetypal Psychologies, Energy Medicine, The Enneagram of Psychotypes, as well as meditative principles and practices.
Sessions. Most meetings take place in-person to allow the perceptions and energetics of joined presence to guide and contribute to growth and healing. When suitable, Brief Work may be arranged by phone or Skype.
Fees. $75-140 per hour. Sliding scale is offered to accommodate needs and resources. Sessions run 1 hour with an option to work up to 75-90 minutes.

Energy healing with
Prana Karma
&
Zen TaroT
Prana Karma (PK), a mode of hands-on energy healing, is the most distinctive and effective therapeutic modality in Suddha Yoga & Ayurveda. It corrects and enhances the flow of prana or chi (life force) through one's body being. Working on all levels unitively, it helps to restore balances through the innately intelligent workings of source energy.
Whether through direct touch or long-distance work, Prana Karma
· Dissolves blocks
· Increases resiliency
· Optimizes function
· Promotes rapid healing
· Calms and balances
Prana Karma Energy Healing is the root of various modern energetic healing practices, such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, Polarity Therapy, and others - some of which are closer, some farther removed from their font. Fully respecting all individuals who practice these recent modalities, I invite you to experience the source.
Prana Karma is offered in combination with a mini-reading from Osho's Zen Tarot. These superb original images help to illuminate and fertilize the issues at hand, providing synchronistic reflections as guides and sustenance for the spiritual journey. The familiar language of image and archetype helps to ground the subtle effects of PK long after the session is over. This seriously fine combo is also employed to enrich and facilitate ongoing psychotherapy.
SESSIONS
Prana Karma is a meditative process during which the practitioner directs energy through the body by applying touch to the back, head, hands, and feet to circulate prana in a balanced way. The recipient is clothed, and sessions last 1¼ hr. Prana Karma itself takes about 30-35". The remainder of the consultation, which includes a mini-Zen Tarot reading, elicits needs and goals, and clarifies resources for fulfilling those aspirations.
Fee. $50-100. A sliding scale feel is offered to make this form of healing more broadly accessible, while still generating the funding to support the work. Based on financial resources, each is trusted to peg the fee at a level he or she can reasonbly afford.
What some are saying, so far…
...about Prana Karma sessions
I would like to share the peaceful healing I experienced with Ramsay as a volunteer to try the PK she had told me about. Since I do Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Hypnosis and have studied or tried many other modalities of healing, I was curious about this avenue of which I had not heard.
As Ramsay placed her hands on me I felt an extremely soft, delicate touch which exudes energy in a profoundly gentle but direct way. The feeling or sense of great love from the practitioner left me with a feeling of safety and respect. I have NEVER experienced such profound love flowing through her hands in any other session of anything in my life. Afterward I felt balanced in my body, and felt a peace in my chest I had not experienced before. I highly recommend Ramsay as a PK practitioner. - Sue McCombs, Hypnotherapist
…. about Prana Karma & Zen Tarot Combos
*** Thanks you so much for the wonderful sessions, and your generosity with expanding the work. It was lovely to receive the beauty and grace of how you work: so fluid and full of wisdom and sublime tenderness. I felt very seen. - Jen Swan, Bodyworker
*** I am feeling much more grounded, centered, and creatively renewed after our session, Ramsay. You're really gifted and I appreciated it. I have already given your name to several friends and clients. (Two months later:) I seriously credit the work we did together on the way things changed, Ramsay.
- Shawn McGivern, LMHC, professor, counselor
*** It took about four days for the session to sink in, but when it did that chronic back pain went away. And the feeling of heaviness that I had been carrying for a couple of months from caring for two people in trouble, that went. The back pain is still gone now, two weeks later.
